The conference aims at including several highly interactive workshops, each of 1.5 hours duration. The workshop proposal should include the following:
- Workshop title and organizers
- Motivation, Background, and Workshop objectives
- Relevance of the workshop to the conference
- Workshop activities and format, maximal number of participants
- Used Materials and room equipment
- How the success will be judged
- Abstract to be included in the local proceedings (3/4 of an A4 page,
see submission guidelines) - Key organizer’s name, affiliation, and a brief biography, plus the
names, affiliations, and brief biographies of those who will assist
the organizer in the organization and conduct of the workshop
Please note that the conference organizers will do their best to provide
enough space for the workshops. However, materials (except projector and
tables) have to be organized by yourself.
