Again, congratulations that your submission has been accepted for inclusion in the Springer LNCS proceedings. Please note, that the deadline for submitting the camera-ready version, the signed copyright agreement, and also the conference registration of at least one author of your submission is July 20th, 2022. In the following, we tried to compile the most essential information necessary for producing the camera-ready version of the paper (the information will also be online shortly):
1) You can find the correct templates and a guideline for the preparation of the camera-ready version on Springer’s “Information for Authors of Computers Science Proceedings” page [1]. LaTeX templates are also available in Overleaf [2]. Also, a Word version is available [3].

2) Authors must submit a signed License-to-Publish form. You can find the form right below this paragraph (it already contains the correct names of the conference series and editors). Please note that Springer does not accept digitally signed versions – please sign the document by hand and send us a PDF scan together with the submission (see below). The corresponding author must have the full right, power, and authority to sign the agreement on behalf of all of the authors of a particular paper and accepts responsibility for releasing this material on their behalf. The authors should obtain permission from the previous publisher for any material they want to reuse.
3) It is highly encouraged to include all the authors’ ORCIDs in the publication. For more information, see [4].
4) Submission. When your submission is formatted correctly, and you signed the License-to-Publish form, then please send us an email with the title “ISSEP22 / Springer / [XXXX]” containing an archive file (ZIP or RAR) with the following content to issep22@aau.at (where XXXX represents your 4-digit paper number):
1. The final source files, incl. bib files, images, etc. (no older source files).
2. A final PDF file corresponding exactly to the final source files.
3. The license-to-publish agreement signed by hand by the corresponding author on behalf of all of the authors of the paper.
4. A ReadMe-XXXX.txt (where XXXX represents your 4-digit paper number) text file containing:
▪ The name and email address of the corresponding author.
▪ A suggestion for an abbreviated running head, if appropriate.
▪ Information about the correct representation of authors’ names, where necessary.
5) After submission. The corresponding author must be available to carry out a proof check of the paper. He or she is given a 72-hour timeslot to do so by Springer. He or she is also the one who signs the license-to-publish form on behalf of all authors. Please note that the corresponding author cannot be changed once the paper and the license-to-publish form have been sent to us.
Again, congratulations for the acceptance, and in case of questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
