The workshop proposal should include the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Workshop title and organizers<\/li><li>Motivation, Background, and Workshop objectives<\/li><li>Relevance of the workshop to the conference<\/li><li>Workshop activities and format, maximal number of participants<\/li><li>Used Materials and room equipment<\/li><li>How the success will be judged<\/li><li>Abstract to be included in the local proceedings (3\/4 of an A4 page,<br>see submission guidelines)<\/li><li>Key organizer&#8217;s name, affiliation, and a brief biography, plus the<br>names, affiliations, and brief biographies of those who will assist<br>the organizer in the organization and conduct of the workshop<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that the conference organizers will do their best to provide<br>enough space for the workshops.
